I'm Jodine Buydens
With the world as my classroom, I learned my leadership skills from 1200 lb animals, mastered my mental performance with mindfulness, and know that real shifts happen when we include the nervous system, whether we are breaking old patterns or creating new ones.
I'm passionate about supporting purpose-driven leaders as they explore the furthest edges of their potential, and align with the deeper truths of who they are. I'd love to share more so you can see if we're a fit!

My Story
I honed my leadership skills with horses and they didn’t care what my job title was or how much their owners were paying me. They cared about who I was inside, how I showed up and if they trusted me as their leader, on a moment to moment basis.
Taking my leadership skills out of the round pen, I authored If Your Horse Could Talk, founded Harmonious Horsemanship, and served as the Equestrian Program Director as part of the School Leadership Team at Queen Margaret’s School.
These days I puts my horse whispering skills to use in a different way. With horses as my co-facilitators, we guide participants out of the environment that normally defines them, through the edges where they have been stuck and into their untapped potential.

Why I Do It
I am incredibly grateful to have been able to spend my life learning from and being inspired by horses. From their dynamic, collaborative leadership style that places community safety first, to their incredible ability to drop into the present moment without attachment to story, I have learned to be a better leader and a better human.
Whether it's in person or online, it fills me up to share the wisdom and gifts that horses have opened me up to. That being said, I'm most passionate about the experiences I offer where I am co-facilitating beside my equine partners!
