This policy describes how Capall Coaching & Consulting (‘Capall”) collects, uses and discloses information, including personally identifying information, via its website capallcoaching.com (the “Site”).

By visiting or using the Site, you consent to the practices set out in this Privacy Policy.

The Site is not for minors. If you are under eighteen (18), you should not use the Site.

Accountability

Capall respects the ’10 Fair Information Principles” set out in the PIPEDA, maintains compliance and protects personal information that it collects, and maintains this Privacy Policy for these purposes. Identifying Purposes

Capall collects personal information you provide us, which may include:

your name
your address
your email
your telephone number
your photo (e.g. profile or avatar picture)
your payment card details

Capall collects this personal information for the following purposes:

registering you or creating your account
fulfilling transactions or orders you make
providing goods or services you request
staging clinics, courses, classes and events
communicating with you about our goods and services
making client testimonials, comments or other content available on the Site
operating the Site effectively and efficiently

When using the Site, certain information may be automatically collected about the device or network you are connecting with via technologies such as cookies or other technologies.

Capall may share your personal information with third-party vendors (Kajabi, PayPal, Stripe) for web hosting and payment processing services. These service providers are allowed to use your personal information only to host the Site and to process payment transactions in connection with the goods and services you have requested. Capall do not sell personal information to third parties. We may release your personal information where we are required to do so by law.

Consent

If Capall proposes to use your personal information for any new purposes outside the scope of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will seek your express consent. You may withdraw your consent (subject to any legal or contractual restrictions that may be relevant) at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer at [email protected]

Limiting Collection

Capall will only collect the personal information necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or for any new purpose for which we have obtained your express consent. Collection of personal information will be by fair and lawful means.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention

Capall will retain your personal information only as long as it is needed for our business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. In determining this, we will be considerate of the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm to the information, and whether our purposes can be achieved through other means.

Once personal information is no longer needed, it will be disposed of by Capall in a way that prevents a privacy breach (e.g., shredding documents or effectively and safely deleting electronic records). Personal information contained on Capall electronic devices will be effectively and safely deleted before such devices are disposed of.

Accuracy

Capall will keep personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary, taking into account its use and your interests and requests.

Safeguards

Personal information is stored to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We do this by protecting against unauthorised physical access (e.g., restricted access to paper files and records, locked physical accesses and alarm systems), as well as unauthorised digital access (e.g., passwords, security software). Capall also maintains organisational controls to limit access to personal information only to necessary staff and vendors hosting, operating and servicing the Site.

Openness

Capall believes it is important to ensure that its Privacy Policy is not overly complicated and is easy for users to consume. This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to keep current with relevant law and business practices.

Individual Access

Capall encourages users of the Site to communicate with us if they wish to access their personal information or have their personal information deleted (further to relevant law) or to advise us if the personal information provided to us is inaccurate or incomplete so that we can correct, amend or supplement the information. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case, no later than 30 days after receiving your request. Capall’s ability to verify your identity before actioning a request must be considered in regards to this timescale.

Capall does not discriminate against any user who requests these accesses or actions.
